Darkness to daylight race on tomorrow

Tomorrow, with a bunch of other runners, I am taking part in the Darkness to Daylight race in Brisbane. The race organised by domestic violence charity Australia's CEO Challenge is aimed to highlight the issue of domestic violence.

The race starts tonight as part of a 110km relay. This is inspired by the actions of Rob Read, associate at Minter Ellison lawyers who ran 110km, which in turn was inspired by 110 people having died in Australia in a year due to domestic violence.

Tomorrow morning as part of the overall run there is a 10 km run. I have gamely put my hand up to take part, along with my Harrington Family Lawyers' partner Bruce Provan and associate Matt Taylor, and hopefully many others too.
