Politics in the pub Thursday

On Thursday I will be speaking at the Brisbane Powerhouse in the Politics in the Pub debate: Gay Marriage: Do we want it? Do we need it?

Other speakers are:
• Shelley Argent - National Spokesperson, Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG)
• Dr Sharon Dane – Deputy National Convener, Australian Marriage Equality, and UQ Psychologist
• Michael Ord – QLD President, Australian Family Association

The debate runs from 6pm to 8pm and is run by New Farm Neighbourhood Centre.

While in 2010, nearly 5000 pairs delt with divorce registration every day. Actually China's divorce rate has been rising steadily in the past ten years and will sustain to grow in a long period.

The whole concept of wedding, apart from a significant long-lasting connection, is to have kids. A present from God if you will, to proceed mankind. Same/same does not perform, so they do not get! Women who believe a divorce is a possibility or who think that their husband will be asking about getting a divorce at some point should put their emotions aside and plan "just in case" their intuition is correct that a divorce may be coming in the near future.
